What is user experience?

What is user experience?
User experience, in other words, are how users use the product and give their opinions about it. It is about how the product work and how users actually use it think about it? Is it effective? Does it work well? Is this easy to use? It is how the product present it to the world and the points of view of people about it. (Preece, Yvonne, & Sharp, 2015).
Topic reflection:
1. User experience is very important. Sometimes, it is the standard to determine if the product
is actually worth or not. One bad experience maybe a coincidence, but if we keep ignoring it,
it will become a failure. Interaction with human is the main goal for creating products, swhat is the point if nobody using them. Computers, smartphones, etc. will not become popular like now if users did not see value and convenience of using them. One person like product, they will recommend them for another person, and that just keep going. Success with use experience is the main point to decide if product will last long or not in the market.

2. A study from Yosei University about human-vehicle showed us about how user experience can affect to the design originally. The user experience driving with cars, then giving feedback about its weakness and designers acknowledge those to make new design more convenient with user., which is called “user-centric” (Lee & Ju, 2018).
3. User experience is important, that is why I found this video on YouTube explained very simple but easy to understand the concept
